01 Permitted purpose
Read section
Use is limited to relevant, evidence-backed editorial outreach for sites and sender identities the user is authorized to represent. Every prospect and every draft must be reviewed by a person before it is exported or sent.
02 Prohibited conduct
Read section
Do not send unlawful, deceptive, harassing, discriminatory, fraudulent, or unsolicited messages; use purchased or unlawfully scraped contact lists; conceal sender identity; fabricate personalization; evade provider rules; bypass safety limits; or continue after an opt-out.
Do not automate excessive reciprocal-link exchanges, manipulate search systems, promise links or payment without authority, or target personal addresses, sole traders, or individual subscribers outside an expressly supported legal workflow.
Do not probe, disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service or third-party systems.
03 Sender duties
Read section
Users must maintain accurate sender details and a valid postal address, verify contact relevance, follow applicable jurisdiction rules, monitor replies, and honor opt-outs immediately.
No recipient jurisdiction is available until a rule for that jurisdiction and recipient type is explicitly enabled, and outreach to a prospect is refused until its jurisdiction evidence is complete. Users must report complaints, mistaken sends, security issues, and provider notices promptly, and must cooperate with an operational pause or investigation.
04 Enforcement
Read section
The operator may block a recipient, site, account, integration, or all outbound activity when safety thresholds are exceeded or use appears inconsistent with this policy.
Ordinary enforcement runs in three steps. First, a written warning to the account email address naming the conduct and what has to change. Second, suspension of the affected feature or of the account if the conduct continues or the warning goes unanswered for 7 days. Third, termination if the breach is repeated or is not corrected.
Severe abuse skips the warning. Unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive sending, use of stolen contact data, evasion of a block or an opt-out, and conduct that puts a provider account at risk are grounds for immediate suspension or termination.
An account may appeal any enforcement decision by replying to the notice or writing to hello@winbacklinks.com within 30 days. The operator reviews the appeal, states the outcome in writing, and restores access if the decision was wrong. A suspension may stay in place while the appeal is reviewed.
Termination under this policy ends access without a refund of fees already paid, and does not remove the user's obligations for outreach already sent.
