01 Scope and effect

Read section

These terms govern use of Win Backlinks at winbacklinks.com. They take effect for an account on the effective date shown with this version and apply each time the account is used.

Win Backlinks is a paid subscription research service. It studies a site the user owns and the exact candidate pages the user chooses, then prepares source-grounded outreach drafts for a person to review. It does not promise rankings, replies, placements, traffic, or any other business result.

Automated sending is off by default. Users review each prospect and export approved drafts to send from their own mailbox. Automated sending stays disabled for an account until the operator enables it under the operational controls described in the Acceptable Use Policy.

"The operator" means the operator of winbacklinks.com, who provides the service. Notices to the operator go to hello@winbacklinks.com.

02 Accounts and access

Read section

Users must provide accurate account information, protect their credentials, and act only for sites and sender identities they are authorized to represent.

An account is personal to the person who registers it and must not be shared. Access normally depends on an active trial or subscription. The operator may also issue a direct access grant, which is personal to the account it names and may be withdrawn.

Accounts are for business use by people aged 18 or over.

Access may be suspended while a safety, abuse, legal, payment, or provider concern is investigated.

03 Billing and trial

Read section

Creating an account is free and needs no payment details. Starting a trial requires a payment method. Checkout starts a 14-day trial of the plan and billing period chosen there, and each account is entitled to one trial.

During the trial the account runs on a fixed trial allowance rather than the chosen plan's quotas: 1 site, 1 discovery run per month, 50 candidates per run, 10 manual exports per month, and $2.00 of monthly research-provider spend.

The trial includes 0 prospecting messages, and the plan's automation features — automated outbound, inbound receiving, automated follow-ups, and autopilot — are not part of it. The chosen plan's full quotas and features unlock when the first payment is reconciled.

Unless the subscription is canceled before the trial ends, the payment method is charged automatically at the end of the trial and then at the start of each renewal period, monthly or yearly as chosen at checkout.

Prices are shown and charged in USD. The user is responsible for any tax due on the purchase, other than tax on the operator's own income.

Cancellation is self-serve. The billing page in the account opens the Stripe billing portal, which cancels the subscription. Cancellation stops future charges and leaves access in place until the end of the period already paid for. Unused quota does not roll over and is not exchanged for money.

Plan changes are made through the same portal. A change takes effect when the reconciled subscription says it does, and Stripe applies its standard proration to the amount charged. Usage already consumed in the current period stays consumed.

Fees already paid are not refunded, except where the law requires a refund or the operator agrees to one in writing. Termination for a breach of the Acceptable Use Policy does not create a refund.

If a payment fails, access continues for a fixed grace period of 3 days from the first failure the provider reports and then stops until a payment succeeds. Further failures do not extend that period.

The operator may change prices. A change is announced to the account email address at least 30 days before it applies to that account's next renewal.

04 Responsible use

Read section

Users must follow the Acceptable Use Policy, applicable law, recipient opt-outs, and the rules of connected providers. Users remain responsible for deciding whether a contact and message are lawful and appropriate.

Users may not use generated material as a substitute for factual review or promise reciprocal links, payment, placement, or editorial outcomes without independent authorization.

05 Third-party services and data

Read section

The service depends on third-party infrastructure, billing, analytics, error monitoring, research, AI, and email providers. The Subprocessor List names them. Their availability and their own terms may affect features.

Users must have the rights necessary to submit the data and instructions they send to the service.

06 Suspension and termination

Read section

The operator may suspend or terminate access for a breach of these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, for non-payment, or where continued use would put recipients, providers, other users, or the service at risk. A suspension for a suspected breach is limited to what is needed while the facts are checked, and the account is told what the concern is.

Users may leave at any time by canceling in the billing portal, and may ask for an export or deletion of their data from the privacy page in the account.

Termination stops product actions. It does not by itself erase stored data. An export or deletion request can still be made from the account, or by writing to hello@winbacklinks.com, and data that is kept follows the retention periods in the Privacy Policy. Requests are answered within 30 days, and a prepared export download expires 7 days after it is created.

Records the operator has to keep — billing records, suppression entries that honor an opt-out, and security and audit logs — survive termination for the periods the Privacy Policy states.

07 Disclaimers and liability

Read section

The service is provided as it is and as available. The operator does not warrant that research data, scores, generated drafts, or availability will be accurate, uninterrupted, or fit for a particular purpose, and disclaims implied warranties to the extent the law allows.

Nothing the product produces is legal advice. Deciding whether a contact and a message are lawful and appropriate stays with the user.

To the extent the law allows, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, lost rankings, or reputational harm.

To the extent the law allows, the operator's total liability for all claims relating to the service is limited to the fees the account paid in the 12 months before the event that gave rise to the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Users indemnify the operator against third-party claims arising from their outreach, the content they submit, or their breach of these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy.

08 Governing terms

Read section

These terms are governed by the law of the jurisdiction of the operator's principal place of business, and claims relating to the service must be brought in the courts of that jurisdiction. This does not remove a right a consumer has to bring a claim where their local law gives them one.

The operator may change these terms by publishing a new version with its own effective date. A material change is announced to the account email address before it applies. Continued use on or after that date is acceptance of that version; a user who does not accept it should cancel.

Notices to a user go to the account email address. Notices to the operator go to hello@winbacklinks.com.

The operator may transfer this agreement as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of the business. Users may not transfer it without the operator's written consent.

If a provision is unenforceable, the rest stays in force, and not enforcing a term is not a waiver of it. These terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, the Privacy Policy, and the Subprocessor List are the whole agreement about the service.
